Stir-fried Vegitables

Yesterday and the day before, I joined Scout Club's camping. It is to welcome freshmen. We went to Tottori by bus and had a nice time. Because of that , I had no time to cook elaborate dish, so I will show the most helpful dish for univercity students , Stir-fried Vegitables. This is, literally, only to stir-fry meats and vegitables. I made this.

It includes moyashi, cabbage, pork, and egg. You can arrange vegitables to whatever you like. It is healthy, satisfactory, and tasty. If you are living alone, you must have cooked this.
Next week, if possible, I want to introduce Brazilian foods. See you.

Frozen Banana

As I told you , I really don't have enough time to cook . But this means that my univercity life is beginning to be meaningful . Because I was busy this week , I wasn't able to cook . So I introduce what I have been eating since I was young . Have you ever made this ?

I just cut , wrapped and frozed banana . This is very simple but so nice ! Important point is to choose a little sweet banana , don't have to choose expensive one . It will be hotter and hotter . Why don't you make and eat this in hot summer ?

Panna Cotta

I'm getting used to working as part time job . Coworkers are nice and friendly . The job is so busy that I can forget time . So I think I will continue it . Because of it , I have less time to cook , so I thought to cook easy one . I made panna cotta . It was really easy and tasty ! This is the photo .

I made caramel sauce also . But the caramel sauce was congealed like jelly . I wonder how to make it more liquid .  Next time I want to improve and make it perfect!  They are so delicious , so I want to cook it again and again! Through this , I learnt that so many sugar is used to cook sweets . It must be bad for my health .  I shouldn't eat too much to keep healty .

Samosa

It's getting hotter and humid . I hate this wheather . I took interview test two weeks ago and passed it. So I began to work as a part time job at Osho.  As I mentioned , I cooked Tanzanian food: Samosa. It seems that there is few originally Tanzanian foods. Samosa is originally from India. Tanzania was colonized by India , so some Indian foods are eaten in Tanzania. This is what I cooked.

Curry flavor meat and squashed potato are rolled with pastry sheet for Harumaki. It was so delicious.
But that is not enough for meal. It's a kind of snack. I want to cook again. But the rolling process is bother and takes so long time. So I will cook again when I have enough time to do. I'm thinking what to cook next. If you have any request , please comment.
